Warehouse Reports

All databases provide automatic linking to the warehouse. The default location programmed into the extraction process is a folder called "AccessReports" on C drive. If this folder does not exist on your PC, either create it before you begin the download or use the "Browse" option of the extraction program to select a location of your preference.
	Account/CostCenter/Subobjects--General Fund For areas using subobjects where details are in both Detail#2 and Subobject#2. Creates tblAllDetails containing accurate recordset of unique details. Use the table as the basis for queries and reports.
	Alumni Project Reports Database for Alumni reporting ONLY.
	Annual X-Code Review Report of expense details for accounts subject to overhead accounting review. All expense details are listed with a separate column for the x-code amount.
	General Funds Comparison -- Two Year Two-year comparison of general funds for year/report month selections; choice of format -- by Account or by Mnemonic.
	General Funds Comparison -- Four Years Four-year comparison of general funds for year/report month selections; choice of formats -- by Account or by Mnemonic.
	Graduate Assistantship/Tuition Report of stipend and tuition expenses; choice of formats -- by Department, by Account, or one Employee.
	Object Code Summary Summary of all object codes in a specified fiscal year; summary report of equipment purchases (capital and non-capital); or summary of travel (professional development and business travel); reports for either general accounts, restricted accounts, or both.
	Object Code Summary -- 4-Yr. Comparison Summary of all object codes for four years (based upon selections specified for data retrieval); for either general funds, restricted funds, or both; choice of format -- by Account or by Mnemonic.
	One Object Code Report of specified object code for one fiscal year; choice of format -- with X-Code amount or without X-Code amount.
	Pay and Effort Report of monthly or biweekly salary distributions; choice of formats -- all Accounts, one Account, or one Employee (all accounts).

	EOC Reports Database for EOC reporting ONLY.

	Financial Reporting Tailored to meet reporting needs of Financial Reporting Dept.
	Golf Course Tailored to meet calendar year reporting needs for Golf Course.
	Hershey-IBIS Database tailored specifically for Hershey reporting requirements.
	Smeal AcctSubobjCCTR Database for subobject reporting for Smeal College of Business.
